The truth is you need to balance out your bookings so that your body can cope better on its own so often a course of 3 treatments close together will see a significant change/improvement and by your 6th you’ll start to see lasting change. Then at this stage you should begin a maintenance course towards monthly then bi-monthly sessions. Return to close sessions at times of high stress or physical activity. Time flies so schedule it into your diary.

I see regular massage as essential as putting fuel in your car, without it, it simply doesn’t run!
